Bernbox reaches over 80% occupancy after four lettings

Frankfurt am Main office asset lifts contracted occupancy from around 55% to over 80% over 14 months

Westcore Europe has let four units at Bernerstrasse (“Bernbox”), its Frankfurt am Main office and light-industrial asset, taking contracted occupancy from around 55% in mid-2025 to over 80% today.

The lettings comprise new leases to NodeX GmbH (c. 1,500 sqm) and Netafim Deutschland (c. 550 sqm), together with renewals by CANCOM Managed Services (c. 600 sqm) and Van Leeuwen Deutschland (c. 550 sqm).

“We’ve worked through a wave of tenant turnover and turned it into an opportunity to reposition the vacated space,” said Nadine Schwöbel, Asset Manager. “Four lettings in just over a year reflect strong underlying demand for well-located, well-specified space in Frankfurt North.”
